BY REQUEST LAYOUT

1. Booking slot By Request akan dilakukan melalui Google Form. Apabila berhasil mendapat slot, MOMO akan mengkonfirmasi ulang melalui DM. ISI FORM DAN DAPAT SLOT = WAJIB TAKE.2. Apabila dalam 1x24 jam (setelah MOMO konfirmasi slot via DM) kalian belum mengirimkan FORM / Bukti Payment tanpa kabar, slot akan dioper ke peminat selanjutnya.3. Diperbolehkan menggunakan jaswar.4. Harap Isi form dengan jumlah slot yang diinginkan. Maksimal 2 slot per akun. MOMO menerima MAX TOTAL 48 SLOTS layout untuk batch kali ini.5. Customer wajib menyiapkan render dengan resolusi HD sendiri karena MOMO tidak menerima jasa render. MOMO sudah menyediakan filter untuk masing2 katalog MOMO, namun apabila render dari cust sudah difilter, tidak akan MOMO timpa filter dari MOMO lagi.6. Book render dapat dilakukan setelah MOMO konfirmasi slot. Kalian dapat mengirim foto render + nama catalog.7. Pengerjaan By Request akan masuk antrian dan diupdate melalui link Trello yang akan diberikan setelah melakukan pembayaran. Waktu pengerjaan untuk 1 layout adalah 1-7 hari setelah masuk ke list “on progress” di trello. Waktu dapat berubah apabila ada kendala di RL MOMO (akan diinfokan melalui X dan/atau trello). Target MOMO adalah menyelesaikan semua layout dalam max 14 hari.8. Apabila slot belum masuk "on progress", cust diperbolehkan mengganti form. Harap infokan ke MOMO terlebih dahulu.9. MOMO menerima IN RUSH order dengan fee sbb:

< 24 JAM : + IDR 5.000,- ($0.5) /ea
< 6 JAM : + 50% OG PRICE /ea

Slot IN RUSH sangat terbatas setiap harinya. Durasi dihitung dari momo konfirmasi pembayaran dan kirim link TRELLO. Add on IN RUSH, antrian akan otomatis naik ke paling atas. Apabila berminat, silahkan infokan ketika mengirim form.10. Customer berhak mendapatkan 2x jatah revisi (retext, recolor keseluruhan, filter ulang render, etc). Revisi tambahan dikenakan IDR 3.000,- /revisi. Harap sampaikan revisi selengkap-lengkapnya dan sedetail mungkin.11. Apabila memilih “colors from MOMO”, wajib cantumkan ingin request vibe warna seperti apa. e.g: mau pastel colors dominan biru ; mau dull colors dominan ungu ; gak mau hijau ; etc. Apabila tidak ada request, MOMO akan sesuaikan warna dengan render.12. Pembelian 1 layout akan mendapatkan 1 stamp Loyalty Card MOMO. Customer diperbolehkan claim reward Loyalty Card MOMO (apabila ada) di batch ini.

BY REQUEST LAYOUT

1. By Request slot booking will be done through Google Form. If customers manage to get a slot, MOMO will re-confirm through DM. FILLING THE FORM & GET THE SLOT = MUST TAKE.2. If within 1x24hrs (after MOMO confirmed the slot through DM) customer have yet to submit the FORM or payment proof without informing MOMO, the slot will be passed to the next-in-line.3. Customers are allowed to use proxy.4. Please fill the G-FORM with the amount of slot(s) wanted. One customer = 2 slots max. MOMO will take a TOTAL of 48 SLOTS in this batch.5. Customers are required to provide render (transparent PNG photo) in HD-res. MOMO has prepared filters in accordance to each catalogs, but if the photos from customers are already filtered, MOMO will use it as it is.6. Render booking can be done after MOMO confirmed your slot. (This usually only applies to robin from HSR, do inquire MOMO further if you have any.)7. By Request progress will be queued and updated through Trello after payment is done. ETA for 1 slot is 1-7 days after moving to the “on progress” list in trello. ETA might be longer or shorter depending on MOMO's full-time job and real-life happenings. (MOMO will always keep customers posted through X timeline or trello.) MOMO's Target is to get everything done within 14 days.8. If customer's slot is still "on queue", customers are allowed to alter the form. Please do inform MOMO.9. MOMO accepts IN RUSH order with extra fee:

IN RUSH slot is very limited. Duration is counted from the payment confirmation and TRELLO link delivery. Add on IN RUSH and your queue will be moved to top. Please inform MOMO when sending the form if you're interested10. Customers are granted 2x revisions (retext, recolor, re-filter, etc). Add on revisions IDR 3.000,- ($0.3) /revision. Please deliver the revision as detailed and as comprehensive as possible.11. If you pick “colors from MOMO”, please note what kind of colors you're requesting. e.g: want a dominant blue with pastel colors ; want dull colors with purple as the main color ; don't want green ; etc. If there are no requests, MOMO will adjust the recolor according to the render.12. A purchase of 1 Layout will grant customers 1 Loyalty stamp. Customers are allowed to claim MOMO's Loyalty Card reward (if there's any) in this batch.

Custom Design

General

1. Custom design means the design will be made from a blank slate, in other words: uniquely yours.2. Please prepare a complete and thorough brief of your request. References are necessary and a moodboard or pinterest board would be nice.3. Do not hold back when communicating with MOMO regarding your request. We want to deliver the best result, so please hit us with any inquiries you might have!4. Working duration ranges from 5 to 30 days depending on the custom order. MOMO will always give a rough timeline for the design process and inform the customers if there are any unforeseen circumstances that delays the progress. Customers are also allowed to give MOMO a deadline (preferable) to work with.5. Customers are eligible of 3 times revisions throughout the whole process. If customer wanted more revisions, there will be additional fee starting from IDR 5,000,- ($0.5) per revisions.

Payment

1.Payment will be done through QRIS/BCA/PayPal.2. A 50% down payment of the starting design price is required before work begins. For example, if a design starting price is IDR 40,000,-, then the down payment is IDR 20,000,-.3. Should there be a case where a customer cancels the order within agreed working duration and MOMO has started working on the design, down payment will not be refunded.4. If a customer [fails to make a final repayment within 5x24hrs after MOMO sent an invoice, the order will be considered canceled and down payment will not be refunded.5. A loyalty card stamp will be given to customers who order a minimum of IDR 50,000,- ($4). Applicable for multiples for a maximum of 4 stamps in one purchase.

Assets & Final Art Work

1. Assets used in the custom design will contain MOMO's own materials. Referring to that, customers who order custom design with working files (.ai or .psd) are prohibited to reuse the assets on other designs.2. MOMO will only use fonts with free for personal & commercial use license for the custom design to avoid licensing issues.3.
